Late Arrival Procedure
Please call us prior to 5pm if you will be arriving after 8pm as reception closes at 9pm. We can arrange a key for your room on arrival.

Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying at our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages including soilage and removal of room items or fixtures, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. Please notify reception of any incidents as they occur. Once your booking is confirmed you agree to our terms and conditions and you authorise Prom Country Lodge to charge your credit card for any breakages, soiled furnishings or excessive cleaning.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Prom Country Lodge requires all guests to be listed and accounted for at time of booking, regardless of occupants age.
Maximum Occupancy per room
Two Bedroom = 7 guests
One Bedroom = 5 guests
Twin = 4 guests
Queen = 2 guests
Deluxe = 2 guests
Maximum Occupancy includes children and infants
Infant – 0-2yrs
Child – 3-12yrs
Adult – 13yrs and over
If you arrive with more guests than your original booking states, you will be charged an additional fee, per person of $40 per night.
Rooms serviced daily except on weekends, public holidays and long weekends where house-keeping is limited
Only assistance dogs allowed
All figures displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars. When booking you will be required to provide a valid credit card as a guarantee to secure the booking. The card provided will be charged in full, 48 hours prior to arrival and 7 days prior to arrival in peak periods (Dec-Jan and all Public Holidays/long weekends)
Alternative payment at check-in MUST be arranged prior to arrival to avoid fees and charges.
Failure to provide a valid credit card will result in your reservation being cancelled.
Default Penalty Policy
7 days prior to check-in → Full amount will be charged, non -refundable.
Public Holidays and Long Weekends will be charged 30 days in advance and are non-refundable once charged.

December and January
Non- Refundable, MUST be paid in full at time of booking → Full amount.
Please call us 03 5682 2022 to make any changes/cancellations to your booking. Alternatively, you can cancel by going online through your original booking source.
If a guest fails to arrive without giving the required 7 days notice, they will be charged the full booking price.
Changes may be made to your reservation where possible, prior to arrival – charges may apply
Re-booked dates must be within 365 days of original booking dates.
If you have purchased a non-refundable rate on any booking site (Booking.com,Expedia,direct etc.) the booking can be changed to an alternative date (in the same season) However, in the event this is not an option, you will forfeit the entire booking.
We are located 2 hours from Melbourne on the South Gippsland Highway. You will see our Lodge sign on the left, 100m before the turnoff to Foster.
